What is Walk Across TN?
Walk Across Tennessee is an 7-week fitness program for individuals or teams of four people. This is a friendly competition to see who can log the most steps by moving: walking, biking, dancing, swimming, jogging, etc. anyway you get in physical activity. It ALL Counts, all day, everyday for 7 weeks. Team members do not have to exercise together. The team or individual who moves the most wins, we'' plot everyone to see if we can get "across Tennessee." Everyone who participates will take home a healthy habit . . . being active, as a way of life.
