What is Walk Across TN?
Walk Across Tennessee is an 8-week fitness program for individuals. This is a friendly competition to see who can log the most miles by moving: walking, biking, dancing, swimming, jogging, etc. anyway you get in physical activity. It ALL counts, all day, everyday for 8 weeks. We plot everyone's miles to see how many times we can get "across Tennessee." Everyone who participates will take home a healthy habit . . . being active, as a way of life.
